Refund Policy

We want the risk to sit with us, not you. Here's exactly how payments, our delivery guarantee, and refunds work.
How payment works
- •Build projects: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on delivery.
- •Ongoing management: billed monthly, month-to-month.
Our delivery guarantee
If your system is not live and booking by day 10 after your kickoff (for reasons within our control), you do not pay the second half of the build. The deposit covers the work already performed.
Deposits
Because we begin building, configuring, and training your system immediately, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. The delivery guarantee above is your protection — if we don't deliver, you don't pay the balance.
Monthly management
- •Month-to-month — cancel anytime with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
- •Cancellations stop future billing; the current month is not prorated or refunded, since the system runs and is managed for the full month.
Delays caused by the client
The day-10 guarantee assumes you provide the information, access, and approvals we need on time. Delays on the client side may extend the timeline without affecting the deposit.
