Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how McCullough AI Business Solutions, a DBA of Gregory McCullough Enterprises (“we,” “us”), handles information when you use mcculloughai.com or our services.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone, business name, and details you submit through our application form, opt-in forms, chat, or by email.
  • Information collected automatically: pages visited, device/browser type, and similar usage data via standard analytics and cookies.
  • Information from delivering services: data you authorize us to connect (e.g., your website content, business social accounts, CRM records, calendar) so we can build and operate your AI systems.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and deliver requested resources (such as our free playbook).
  • To provide, build, train, operate, and improve the AI systems you engage us for.
  • To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant marketing you can opt out of at any time.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

SMS messaging & opt-in data

When you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our opt-in form, we collect and store your number and consent record solely to send you the messages you agreed to receive — which may include appointment confirmations, service inquiry follow-ups, and promotional updates about our AI automation services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing hello@mcculloughai.com. Reply HELP for help.

SMS opt-in information — including your mobile phone number and consent record — is never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with our messaging service provider (GoHighLevel) solely to deliver the messages you requested.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting, CRM, scheduling, email/SMS, and analytics providers such as Vercel, GoHighLevel, and Google), and only as needed to deliver our services or as required by law. SMS opt-in data and consent records are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting who can view your data, and use of reputable third-party infrastructure with their own security standards. No system is 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously and review our practices on a regular basis.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site features.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices & rights

  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
  • Ask us what information we hold about you.

To exercise any of these, email hello@mcculloughai.com.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and tools we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18.
